Pastor Sophia Pringle graduated from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary on May 25, 2024 with her Doctor of Ministry Degree. Dr Pringle focus area was Leadership and Discipleship. Her dissertation was entitled “Pastoral Leadership Transition: Use of a Modified Delphi Process to Recommend Best Practices.” Her desire is to see her work be used to enhance pastoral leadership transition so that the process can be a healthy and wholesome experience advancing the work and ministry of the church.
