Pastor Saunders receives an Award of Merit from LAMP Community Health Centre

Pastor Veta Saunders of Etobicoke Praise Centre has received an Award of Merit from LAMP Community Health Centre for her community work with youth care.

To provide additional context, in 2002, Pastor Saunders received the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee medal for her significant contributions to Canada and the community for at-risk individuals.

In 2019, she received an acknowledgment from a federal government Member of Parliament who represented the local area of Etobicoke. This acknowledgment was for the youth and children music outreach and development program that she helped to establish.
